Content is general information, not an offer or a contract. Product descriptions reflect their status as stated: Restaurant POS is in development and its features may change. Work is agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Client responsibilities
For client projects, clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements and timely feedback, and for lawful use of the software and data.
Third-party services
The site depends on third-party services (for example Cloudflare and email delivery). We are not responsible for their availability.
Availability and disclaimer
We aim to keep the site available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Enchanted Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website. Liability for client work is governed by the agreement for that work.
