What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a contact or data-request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and your message, plus company, phone number, topic and timeline if you provide them.
Automatically collected information. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes network data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We run no analytics and see no visitor tracking data.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or request, to discuss and carry out work you ask for, and to keep the site secure. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We handle this data on the basis of your request or consent (you chose to contact us), and as needed to act on that request. We aim to follow applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the site and deliver your message: Cloudflare (hosting and network), and SMTP2GO (sends form messages to our mailbox). Our email is hosted on a business mail service. These providers may process data outside India. We do not otherwise share your data, except where law requires.
Storage and retention
The form does not save your message to a database. It is delivered by email and held in our mailbox. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them by law.
Security
See Security & Data Integrity. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or sensitive personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to ask how it is processed, or to withdraw consent. Use the Data / Privacy Requests form or contact us through the form.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Third-party links
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites we may link to.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above.
